20:1 Wo unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed; The following section is quoted from Isaiah 10. See the note at I Nephi 20:1.

[1] Although the English words "found" and "founded" may look similar, they have different meanings. The Hebrew word that underlies the KJV is better translated as "reached" or "seized". The Book of Mormon rendering is not possible. It should be clear that only an English speaking person would make such a mistake.
