These two books were recommended to me by 3 different people in the past week (at the time I originally wrote this). For that reason alone, I thought it best that I put them up on the site. The interesting thing about the recommendations are who the recommendations have come from. Two came from people who recommended them based on the fact that both they and I (more or less) like Ayn Rand's philosophy. The other came from a guy who is VERY anti-industrial, anti-technology, etc. (sort of
a Unabomber kind of guy).
Here are a few of my comments on Ishmael which I finished in July 1997.
Purchase (or obtain more information on)
The Story of B,
My Ishmael : A Sequel,
or Quinn's autobiography
Providence : The Story of a Fifty-Year Vision Quest
I did not like A Newcomer's Guide to the Afterlife
And a Quinnian comic book, The Man Who Grew Young.
